The 2025 Harley Davidson X440 continues with a 440cc, single-cylinder, air-and-oil-cooled engine, producing 27 PS of power and 38 Nm of torque. The motorcycle weighs 190 kg and offers a seat height of 805 mm, making it accessible even for shorter riders thanks to a narrower seat profile.
The new model is OBD-2B compliant, featuring additional oxygen sensors for cleaner emissions. Suspension duties are handled by 43 mm USD forks at the front with 130 mm travel and twin shock absorbers at the rear (7-step preload adjustable).
Braking performance is managed by a 320 mm front disc with dual-piston ByBre calipers and a 240 mm rear disc with single-piston ByBre calipers, supported by dual-channel ABS.

One of the major customer demands—seat comfort—has been addressed. The new X440 comes with a reworked seat featuring more stiffness and improved cushioning to avoid “bottoming out” during long rides. Touring seats remain available as an optional accessory, offering a much wider profile for extended highway use.
